Israel launched massive airstrikes across the Gaza Strip early Tuesday, which killed more than

400 Palestinians, many of whom were women and children.

that's been in place since January. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the attack after Hamas refused to change the ceasefire deal.

The Trump administration is shutting down nearly two dozen environmental offices in California,

a move that could have major consequences for climate research

and conservation. Haley Smith reports that Doge is terminating lease contracts for NOAA,

the EPA, the Forest Service, and a few other agencies. Doge officials say this will save

$500 million nationwide and cut what they call bloated federal bureaucracy.

But critics warn it weakens protections for California's environment, closing offices that track wildfires, droughts, and extreme weather.
