Hello again, I'm Marvin Alney, and this is To the Point from Public Radio International.

The daily look at the issues Americans care about most. More and more states are recognizing the right to same-sex marriage, but some religious

conservatives are finding ways to fight back. Photographers, bakers, and forests have claimed

they can't participate in same-sex weddings without violating their religious beliefs. Is that

outright discrimination? Or an exercise of the First Amendment?

Can hotels, restaurants, or other public businesses do the same thing? We'll hear how the religious

freedom movement is making ways from Arizona and other states to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Today's talking point, the mystery deepens over that missing airplane in Asia.
