It is Sunday, May 24th, and we shit you not.

This is our favorite guest we have ever had on the Amy and T.J.

podcast, and he is back now for another run. And with that, welcome to this episode

of Amy and T.J. Robs, we got to set up the background noise here and make sure we let people know

where we are. Yes, we are backstage at Bottle Rock here in Napa Valley. And this has been

an incredible couple of days here listening to amazing artists and watching it this is cool

it's not just about the music it's about the food so you've got some

culinary gene geniuses as well taking to the stage and this has just been a

blast but to know that one of our favorite no I'm sorry our absolute favorite

guest was going to be here as well and we're're not because, you know what, Gavin Rostale, and we're talking about him like he's not sitting right across from us. He's listening to all of this. He's probably feeling a little awkward right now, as we're describing him. No, keep going. He's right there. Stop it some more, right? Please don't stop on my behalf. But no, I think you just make us feel cooler to be in your presence among many other things.

You guys are very cool.

Oh, see, just that. That was a cool thing.

But no, we are huge fans.

Since we talked about two years ago when you first came on the podcast we had an instant connection

with you just immediately kind of fell in love with you and then we got to see you perform and

tj looked at me when we went to go see you perform uh with bush and he was like damn he really is a rock

star you're the most legit rock star ever met do you you still enjoy, appreciate, embrace that label? You are a rock star. Yeah, well, thank you so much. First of, thank you for the intro, and I love you guys too, and I was very excited to come and talk to you, so the feeling is mutual. I like to think of myself as a, like I couldn't refer to myself as that. Like, I don't know if you know I had a cooking show.

I have a cooking show.

Dinner with Gavin Rostow. And the one when we first had it, the original idea of people in order to get money was they had rock star in the title. Rockstar in the kitchen. Terrible title, right? And I was like, the thing is that you can be referred to as a rock star, but you cannot refer to yourself. That's a weird one.
