through the meeting moved from being stressed out single mom to just being at peace and to even being tearful in a positive way because she saw these intentional adults investing in her son and seeing him come alive when he heard the ways

that he had gifts and his strengths and ways they were going to keep walking with him.

This week Ben Bevis, a passionate advocate for youth empowerment through faith.

He shares his insights on gathering mentor circles around our young people. He is the founder of

encircled and he's dedicated to help launch the next generation with sustained

faith. He does this by helping equip you and grandparents and mentors to ground

youth in their identity in Christ, help them discover their God-given gifts and

create a vision for their lives. You're gonna hear about how you as a parent can gather a mentor circle around your child in this episode.

Before we get into all of that, Ben, would you introduce the listener to your family?

Yes, I am married to my wonderful wife of 20 years, Sarah, and I have three kids. I have a 17-year-old daughter

Sophia, a 15-year-old son, Reed, and a 12-year-old son Sam.

You're right in it. We're like right in that same zone. And I don't know about you. I became very aware of my voice getting quieter in my boy's life and the need for outside voices as my boys got into middle school.

And it actually is a big impetus for the Don't Mom Alone theme is I thought I could be
