When last we left the Rullaways, Apex the Wildman, Alven the Mechanic, Louise the Scavenger

and Cynthia the Nurse, they continued their journey to find Kirk and Pepper on behalf

of their newest friend Johann, the mysterious super mutant they had met at Louise's home

of Voltaun. They trekked down a familiar path towards St. Luke's hospital, stopping

briefly at Brenda's diner to grab a bite to eat and catch up with the owners. There

they met the familiar face in Bo, who gave them the lay of the land that he learned on

his travels. While on the road, Apex took it upon himself to discuss how super mutants

are viewed and why, leaving Johann with more questions to mull over. As they closed in

on their target, however, a stray group of feral ghouls blocked their path. Apex went

in to scope out the situation, hoping to thin their numbers before the real fight began.

But as his target turned out to be a reaver, it looked like he may have bit off more than
