War Never Changes.

Life as we knew it ended in the year 2077, when a global nuclear war sparked by human greed,

paranoia, and hubris laid waste to the world civilizations

missiles from both China and America were launched, leaving nothing but violence and anarchy

to reign in its place.

However, despite all efforts to the contrary, humanity survived this nuclear holocaust

and emerged from the many vaults located throughout America to begin to rebuild civilization.

One of these vault dwellers from Vault 13 would conquer the wastes and build his own civilization,

Arroyo, in what used to be Oregon.

From this village, a chosen one would stop the remnants of the old United States government from plunging the world into hellfire once again.

A lone wanderer would sacrifice themselves to bring clean drinking water back to a radiation

blasted capital wasteland, and a courier would help liberate Hoover Dam from Caesar's Legion.

But even as civilization creeps back into the world,

so too does conflict.
