If you stare at Hannah for long enough without like making any movement, she kind of just

starts glitching. I'm so easy to break down psychologically, so don't even try. I know, we

didn't even mention this in the gaslight episode that Hannah is the easiest person to gaslight

in the world. I don't trust my memory ever this morning. I spent half an hour stressing because

I couldn't remember if I took my ADHD

medication or not. And then I was like, Hannah, your blinds were open. And she was like, what?

Because I was like, oh, I haven't gotten out of bed yet or I hadn't gotten out of bed yet. So there's no way I could have taken them because they're across the room. But then my ear was like, your blinds are open and I was like, oh, I must have gotten out of bed and I must have done both of those things and neither of which I remember.

And I was gaslighting her the entire time. Her blinds were never open. No, they weren't. No, they weren't. Hannah, you're crazy. No, they weren't. There's something wrong with me. I gaslight myself all the time. You have ADD. Who are you? I'm Hannah and I have ADD, Thank you. I'm my and I recently found out I have OCD so I get to be in the same club. Oh my God. doing gatekeep. Yeah. Over the past few weeks when we've been researching, I'll be like,

did you work on gas light today? I just will be like, how far along are you with dirt bags?

Yeah, and it's like, oh, girl boss is coming along really well, actually. Thank you.

Our job's fake. When we first conceived of the season, I was really excited to focus on gatekeep,

like right off the bat, because it's the word I think has been stretched the furthest from its original meaning,

that it actually might mean the exact opposite at this point. Hannah, yeah, can you give me a very

brief cursory definition of what gatekeep means to you?

I first heard gatekeep in a sociology class.

And from my understanding, it's when, you know, people in positions of power kind of decide

who is in and who is out and who is access to something and who doesn't.

So I assume gatekeep is a verb done by gatekeepers,

the people in charge of that stuff. Yeah, you're mostly basically right. It is a sociology term.

And the word is actually gatekeeper, which we'll get to. I would say that it doesn't actually
