1:25.3 | put them in a side room or away from other patients so they don't |
1:29.2 | spread, and they'll need extra infection control measures like wearing gloves, washing hands, |
1:35.3 | wearing aprons and so on. Most people will recover well from gastroenteritis, but beware that |
1:41.3 | it can potentially be fatal, especially in very young or very old patients, |
1:46.6 | or those patients with other health conditions like severe heart failure. |
1:51.3 | Like we said, viral gastroenteritis is very common, it's highly contagious, |
1:56.6 | and the key causes you need to be aware of are three particular viruses. |
