even though we kind of don't want to be. We were just bitching before the show even started. I mean, look, it's a transparent show. I at least try to make it be a transparent show, so I should let the people know. But it could be worse, Chris. How happy are you? You see what's going on in the Midwest? there has to be a part of you that's happy that the Patriots aren't in Kansas City

and that you're not covered the AFC Championship game because it is a snowy nightmare, a buddy of mine who actually works for a Tennessee station, a Nashville station, who's covering the Tennessee Titans. It's been planes, trains and automobiles, him trying to get to Kansas City over the last like 48 hours.

From Nashville, which shouldn't be that bad.

So you've got to be happy. It could be worse. Well, I mean, if the Patriots had won, they would have gone out there last week to play Kansas City. Oh, right. Yeah. So there's no way that really could have happened. But I will say based on last year's experience

But oh man, Kansas City is impossible to get to. Last year, I had flights canceled. I had to fly to Denver and then fly back to Kansas City. And then on the way back, my flight from Chicago got canceled. So I feel your buddy's pain. It is a really difficult place to get to and get back from. I don't know why, but it just is. Oh, those mid-market Midwest cities are, it's all the same. There's usually only one airline that has one direct flight. Otherwise, it's, you got to fly to Charlotte to get to Kansas City. Totally. So it's like Chicago, Detroit, those are your hubs. and outside of that, like, good luck trying to get anywhere here. Thank you, airline consolidation. All right. So enough of our bitch in here. We are here. The people do need their sports. And it has been, it's actually been, I thought, an exciting week, especially considering if you told me a week ago today saying, hey, Jim, you know, heading into next week on Felgr and Mays, you guys are going to have to talk a lot of baseball. He told me that going into it. It's like, okay, I got to find an excuse so I can bang out like fake sick. We're going to be talking baseball in the middle of January. Are you kidding me? Like, we can't come up with something else. But boy, that sport is doing its best to implode and eat itself, and I love it,

especially when it comes to the Red Sox, because I'm now one of these, I'm one of these people

where definitely, there's definitely a group of these people, and I'm one of them that just,

And I think that was proven again with that worthless press conference, midweek, where they dodged basically, with core is firing, firing again because that's what it was
