Our first story of the night is rather quick and comes to us from Cody.

And this is what Cody had to say.

When I was in early middle school and probably 11 years old, my mom was doing renovations

on the house we were living in.

If I remember right, she was putting French doors in between

the living room and the kitchen, and also in between the den and the living room. If you were looking

at the living room from the kitchen, you could see where there used to be French double doors there in the past.

At the time I had a bed in the living room of that house so that my younger sister could have her own

room.

Now when she put the doors up in the living room you could

feel the atmosphere change. Whenever I would go in there I would get chills and goosebumps come

over my arms.

It was a couple of nights after my mom put the doors up, and she said that she heard

shuffling feet over the carpet going around the coffee table that we had in the room at the time.

She came into the room because she thought that I was

awake and running around the living room. But before she got through the door,

she heard me talking in my sleep. I was saying, get away from me, don't hurt me, over and over.

A few days after that, she took the doors back down, and everything went back to normal.
