Because Rick is getting frustrated with Bass and City Hall and the bureaucracy.

And I'm saying this, I don't think Bass cares at all if the Palisades ever gets rebuilt.

I think that whole crowd in her administration and the city council would love to build affordable housing for poor people

and homeless people and drug addicts.

I think that's the future they see.

So they're gonna tie up Palisades residents and keep them from rebuilding until the

palisades people give up and then sell to developers.

And with Scott Wiener's new bill in Sacramento that he's pushing, all these residential

lots could be turned into low income apartment buildings.

I think that's Bass's vision and Newsom's vision as well.

We'll be on top of this over the next coming days and weeks.
