Hey everybody. Welcome back to the forward podcast. This is Lance Armstrong. I got a little grief last week in the mailbox

I probably have done this more than once. I started my intro here by Yo Yo Yo and somebody wrote in and said dude

don't ever start your intro with Yo Yo Yo ever again. So I shall not name the complainant, but I didn't do it this week. I'm sorry, I won't

do it again. I'll try not to do it again. Sometimes I just get a little lazy.

Obviously it's been a crazy week in the United States of America. I put up a post on Instagram the other day of this flag I saw in Los Angeles on a cool hike that I've done many many times.

And I in it, well two things.

One I was very proud of the picture I took because I'm not a photographer but I thought

this picture looked really bad ass.

But I also said that I wasn't going to weigh in just because it seems like there's so much noise from both sides and nobody needs to hear me opine on what I think. So I'll stay quiet on that and just be

optimistic that that it all works out. But who knows? Speaking of that, I, a little

music tip here, I came across a singer-songwriter by the name of Frankie Lee, who I didn't know lived in Austin for about 10 years.

And now I think is living in Los Angeles, but his new record American Dreamer, I mean,

staying in that vein of a crazy week in America.
