Israel. And here to talk about Israel with us today is Dr. Gary Fraser of Discover Missions,

and it's a real pleasure to have you here, Gary.

Well, Gary is great to be with you. Thank you so much.

We are going to talk about, I think, our favorite place on planet Earth, right?

And why is it our favorite place?

Because so much is written about it in the Bible.

Gary's book, Miracle of Israel, is short and sweet.

It tells the story that we're going to be talking about today, a story that you should know

so that you can tell your friends. Israel. Let's talk about what is Israel and why should

we pay attention to it? Well, Gary, first of all, I'm convinced today that there is a great

absence of really good sound information out there, both within our churches and outside our churches,

with regard to Israel and the fact that their very existence is a miracle of God and it's

a great testimony of the fact that there is a creator. And I think it's imperative for our

watchers to understand that Israel has not been set aside by God. He's not forgotten his covenant promise

to them, and that he's very much alive and well and working. And one of the reasons that I wrote this

book, and by the way it's subtitled, the shocking untold story of God's love for his people,

is because of the fact that I believe, and I think that you would agree with this, that we're the terminal generation, that we're living in the last days. And as such,

Israel really gives validity to that position. And so it just behooves us to spend some time

talking about Israel. And I know that many times people say, oh, you know, I've heard about Israel. I know all about Israel. But do we really know all about it?

Do we really understand, you know, what God's plan was?

And so in this book, basically I divided into three parts, a past, a present, and a future.
