1:08.7	supposed to manage was the power grid basically fixing the power grid, repairing and modernizing the power grid, but also they were supposed to negotiate the bankruptcy proceedings from Prepo, which is the Puerto Rican Electric Power Authority, which was the government-owned power company.
1:27.9	And that didn't happen.
1:28.9	And they still have rolling blackouts and they still have all these issues.
1:32.0	And they've spent $2 billion of their money.
1:35.5	And not to mention, there's been a, the largest FEMA obligation for a single project in the United States history on top of additional funds that have not been really used.
1:49.9	Only a quarter of those funds have been used.
1:51.5	13 billion was obligated by FEMA under Trump.
1:54.9	And then I don't know the number that Biden sent, but he sent some down to it.
1:58.7	But nothing's been fixed.
