Gary A. David has been an independent researcher of Southwestern archaeological ruins and rock art for over twenty-five years. His books about the Hopi and other ancestral Pueblo cultures of Arizona and New Mexico include: The Orion Zone (2006), Eye of the Phoenix (2008), The Kivas of Heaven (2010), and Star Shrines and Earthworks of the Desert Southwest (2012).
