This is our final episode this week with Chris, who is my assistant here at Epic Gardening,

So I think we did this with Jacques when he was on the show as well.

He's also a very frugal, frugal minded gardener.

So his whole video that we did on the YouTube channel, he had built that garden for about

a thousand bucks, I think, but also, you know, probably hundreds of hours of labor while

he also didn't have much to do during the pandemic, right?

And so if you're time-rich, then that makes a lot of sense.

But you were just mentioning that you've saved a decent amount of money just by gardening,

And I'm curious in which sort of ways have you saved that money and how?

So kind of in two main ways.

So we talked a little bit about my family and feeding a family of six adults.

And so gardening itself, I've saved so much money on produce because again, we only did

organic gardening.

We've all seen how that has skyrocketed over the past couple of years.

Organic gardening is just, I mean, organic produce is crazy expensive.

So knowing that kind of gardening, we're able to eat all organic and we're not spending,

I don't think we spent any money on produce now at all, except onions, I won't grow onions

because it takes too long.
