horticultural therapy is using, it's a health modality and it's using plants,

your garden, the gardening process, your gardening activity, with a wellness

objective, a very specific objective so you can measure how you are progressing.

And of course you can apply it in different scenarios at home at school at university, hospital, everywhere.
