Hello everyone, welcome back to the Epic Gardening Podcast. Kevin here, we are joined

0:17.3

in the studio by Chris, my assistant who has been working with Epic Gardening for over

0:23.3

a year now. So Chris, you obviously are a pretty busy person for more than just the

0:28.4

fact that you work with us here. But you're trying to garden and you're gardening at, I would

0:34.4

say, a pretty high level for like an urban dweller, especially a year into it. And so for

0:39.6

you, even for me, it's funny because it is the business, but also there's so much else

0:45.4

that goes around like, for example, last week, just stuck at the Epic warehouse the whole

0:49.1

week, because that couldn't be anywhere else. And so the garden obviously weirdly had

0:54.1

to take a little bit of a backseat during that week, which was unfortunate. And so we've

0:58.4

both come up with some strategies for dealing with that. And I'm curious for you, so you've

1:01.9

got quite a busy life. How is that shape the approach you have to growing?

1:08.0

So I, like you said, I work and I have three kids. And it's really busy. And to be in the

1:16.2

garden and do it well, I really feel like you have to be in the garden every day. If you

1:20.0

go one day without going in the garden, you go back the next day. And it's like fully

1:23.8

smoked. I can't believe all you name it happen. We just talked about powder mail

1:28.0

to yesterday. And I just lost, I mean, just from last week I lost half the stuff on my

1:32.7

ceiling table. Yeah, just from one day of it was too hot and I didn't water it twice, you

1:37.1

know? Yeah, it's, it is a, it's like a, it's like a living, breathing thing your garden

1:42.4

and it takes the same amount of care. So I, like I said, the first season I made a lot

1:47.2

of mistakes. And I kind of streamlined it and thought about the things that I did wrong.

1:51.9

And I decided on a really kind of formulaic approach to gardening this year. Okay. And

1:56.6

so I did everything raise bid with a handful of containers. What kind of containers?
