0:51.0	I think when we first started talking, you were at Uni, the pizza oven company.

0:57.6	Yeah.
0:58.6	So I've got a background in hardware development, consumer product development, specifically
1:02.8	engineering is my educational background.
1:06.5	And I started right out of school with a degree in mechanical engineering, working for
1:11.5	a government contractor and really just not liking that life and then got into startups
1:17.4	and consumer product development for startups.
1:21.0	And then that turned into kind of this serendipitous relationship with Uni.
1:27.0	I got started on sourdough, I've always made pizza and then these kind of worlds just
