epic guest this week, L. B. the founder of Farm-based Foodie, which is a company that specializes in mobile organic

agriculture solutions. She also has an upcoming podcast and educational empire

called Dirty Talk, which I'll leave the links in, but it will be coming out out might even be out by the time that you

guys listen to this podcast but first of all we're going to be talking about

quite a bit we're getting a little nerdy which I always love here on the

podcast and the first topic is going to be something called the energy

budget. So first of all Elby thanks for coming on and then could we get a brief

little introduction of kind of who you are and what this energy budget is.

Cool. Well, thank you for having me.

Hi everybody. My name is L.B. I come from a background of working

with biomass waste utilization. I used to work for a company

called Oregonaluck and was part of the original team that was doing the

research and development. They have amazing solutions over there

for biomass waste utilization.

And that's sort of where this concept of the energy budget

came from because all biomass contains energy and there's only so much on this

planet so we have to use it effectively just like we would use a paycheck or whatever

else.

Got it. Okay, cool. And so when we're talking about the energy budget then, how does the

word budget kind of play into that?
