Welcome to my next cook-along. And as with everything with me, it's got to be really simple and really quick because

I'm super busy and I'm very impatient.

And so I'm going to show you today,

lemon and rosemary chicken with smashed potatoes.

It's just such a lovely dish.

I remember having this on the island of Ithaca in Greece.

And we arrived very late from a late flight,

and the kids were tiny and small anyway.

And you know that thing where you just, you might like as an adult what different

things to children, particularly on the first one of the first foreign holidays.

And we were given this and it's stuck in our mind ever since.

So it's become a real family favourite.

What I'm going to do, I'm starting with a good slurp.
