Casey and I wanted to release just a small preview, another small preview.

I know we gave you one last week, but another small preview of what's going on, you know,

in our new podcast garbage sash, it's over at Casey and Danielle's garbageworld.com.

And obviously we have bitch sash over there too, but we've started this new podcast where

we sort of widen the scope of the garbagey things and important things we talked about

last week.

We had Laura Lynn Jackson, sort of a psychic to the stars talking to us and it was a wonderful

interview.

And you guys got a little sneak peek of that.

And this week we wanted to release just another little snippet of Casey and I's interview

with Dr. Jenny Seagull, dermatologist extraordinaire.

She's at the Metropolitan Dermatology Institute and she's an incredible doctor and we talked

with her about, you know, just your basic skincare and things we can do to look our

best and feel our best and not at a heavy price.

Obviously some stuff is more, but we had a great discussion with her about just what we

can be doing day in and day out to feel our best and to look our best, you know, starting

from your 20s on and in this little snippet she gives us just some little tips and things

that we can do and some, you know, just basic budget things too that won't cost an

arm and a leg and you can just get easily online.

And she's just a wonderful person to talk to and so knowledgeable and a real doctor, guys,

just not some person with, you know, Botox and a van, which believe me, I've tried.
