Good morning, everybody. I'm Father Chris Ehlar. We are here at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, and it's a joy and honor to be with you. Today we have a special talk on continuing Aririan apparitions, but this is a very interesting one because we're going to be talking about Garabindal, and we've invited special guest, Ted Flynn, well-known author.

He has a new book out called Garabindal. We'll talk about that and show you the information in a moment.

But I just want to take a few minutes to mention this apparition, and a lot of people are probably already starting your letter to the bishop,

complaining that I am even mentioning this word.

Please hear us out.

Garabendal, yes, it is true that the recent local bishops from this diocese in Santander in Spain have stated,

and I'll read you a quote from one of the recent ones,

my position like that of my predecessors is that Rome's assessment remains valid.

There are no signs of supernaturality. Okay, then Father, why are you

talking about it? The church is condemned it. No, it hasn't. There are three levels of church

approval, or I should say church assessment or church ruling on an apparition.

Now, I had a big medical procedure yesterday. They had to cut out a bunch of polyps out of my

colon. I've been bleeding. And so I did not get a chance to prepare slides. So I'm going to give you

verbally, hopefully you can stay with me. Now, the first ruling of the church on an apparition

can be one of three things.

Constat to supernaturalitatte means in the Latin

that it is established to be supernatural.

This is a case like Fatima, Lords, LaSelet, Cabejo, Akita, and many others.

That means it is established to be supernatural. The second category is constant

de non-supernaturality, which means it is established not supernatural, which means it's condemned.

An example would be Bayside of New York.

So this is condemned.
