0:45.0	Appreciate you, man. Let's start with a little bit of bad news. I'm getting a lot of good news.
0:49.0	So Paula EA Nautiote, I believe I pronounced that right. He just goes by EA for those that don't know who I'm talking about.
0:56.0	The linebacker transfer from USC. His waiver was denied by the NCAA Ryan Day told us yesterday.
1:02.0	He will not be able to play for the buck eyes this year. Now they are going to appeal.
1:06.0	It sounds like I mean, he's probably not going to be able to play for the buck eyes this year.
1:11.0	And it sounds like an academic issue from my sources, J book and some type of academic issue.
1:16.0	Your thoughts on this situation?
1:18.0	Yes, unfortunately, the NCAA continues to make himself look like a fool every step of the way.
1:26.0	I know you said there's an academic issue, but the thing that really bothers me is how long this took.
1:32.0	I mean, from the time that he submitted his request, if there was an issue, it was pretty obvious.
1:38.0	Why does it take you weeks and weeks and weeks to actually make a final decision?
1:44.0	And the inconsistencies with the NCAA is what really troubles me because you got you got a guy like take Martell that transfers to multiple schools.
1:54.0	And somehow he's eligible to play right away every time that he goes and transfer.
2:00.0	You look at, you know, all of the guys transferring within the SEC, they're eligible right away.
2:05.0	But I do think that if there is an academic issue, then it's unfortunate, but I just wish that the NCAA will make a decision.
2:16.0	A whole lot faster so that everybody can get on with their lives.
2:20.0	The thing that you mentioned is the appeal.
