I want to make a brief announcement before the upcoming gang show, which you're about to hear.

And that's that I made this podcast back in the day in an effort to bring running friends to people that didn't have anyone to run with.

And in that regard, sometimes I bring you the kind of friends you want.

Sometimes I bring you the kinds of friends you don't want.

And sometimes it's chaos and madness and a little bit in between.

This week, there is a podcast with way too many people who might have had a little bit

too much to drink because I was late because I had a flat tire, a lot of insinuating,

a lot of circumstances, okay? But anyway, it's kind of rowdy. It's a little raunchy. Some of it's unlistenable. But if you're going on a run and you want to bring something that distracts you that might entertain you, maybe this is it. Maybe not. If that kind of thing doesn't interest you then just

go on to the next episode uh where we talk about uh different things and sometimes we talk about

deep issues and sometimes we try to change the world and this one is more of just friends hanging

out and uh maybe it's not for you but i just wanted to give you that warning on the top i realize

understand i gave them a speech about what not to do. And it took me like six tries to get through that speech because they were not doing what they were supposed to not do while I was giving the speech. Now, I love all these people. And I can't wait to have another show with them. But I just thought I would warn you ahead of time. So here you go. This is a gang show. Okay. So pay attention. This is the only thing you have to pay any attention to all night. You can proceed. We are locked in. Okay. So far, you get enough. Don't talk whilst God is talking. This is the only thing you need to listen to. Okay. Here are the rules. If someone's talking, don't talk until they're done. Okay? Because if two people talk, then no one can hear what they're saying. Fail, okay? We need one of those gallop-gallel things. If this is separating them,

And I need you to be quiet and pay attention, not interrupt me while I'm telling you this. I didn't realize that was a rule. One, don't talk when someone else is talking, okay? Because if two people talk, it might be fun here, but it's not fun here to the person that's running down the trail and can't hear what anyone's saying. Because I know both of you are saying very funny, very good things, and I don't want

anyone to miss anything.

So try as hard as you can not to talk over each other.
