presidential campaign for now the sort ofsplay Republican primary

for the presidential nominee,

which as we know is not real,

but it's still, you know,

fantasy football isn't real, but you you still a lot of people are still

play it and they get enjoyment out of it so who are who are we to judge and we're

also going to talk about some Supreme Court oral arguments that Kate just listened to and that is, we'll get to that

in a moment, but that is another one of these cases where the specific thing is something quite technical and you know not something

that in the abstract you might think there was a kind of an obvious open and shut answer to.

Yet it is part of this larger assault on the quote unquote administrative state.

The effort by the Republican Party and Conservatives, to sort of slowly

dismantle the modern American state as it came into existence, partly in the New Deal, partly in another

set of another major era of reforms about 110, 120 years ago.

So we'll talk about that, and then we'll finish it up with some George Santos

and Hunter Biden talk.

But the first thing we want to get into, you may have seen this, that as we said, we know that,

that, as I said, we know that Donald Trump is going to be the Republican nominee for president in 2024.

But for a year now we have had this, it's very hard to know what to call it. It is a primary campaign in which, A, we know who's going to win. A few people didn't know who was going to win at the beginning and I still won

credit because you maybe you did too but I knew it from the very beginning but there was

that period a lot of people knew it, to be fair, and have some humility.

But there was a period when a serious amount of people thought like,
