who does a YouTube channel called the Minority Report.

It's great financial thing.

But essentially it's this.

A hedge fund is betting on they're shorting a stock because they believe that stock will go down in value. So instead of

buying the stock, they borrow the stock, short the value and hope to sell the stock or acquire

the stock at a lower rate, which actually makes them more money.
