Well, last week we kicked off a new series called Games We Play, and if you missed a message, do

yourself favor and go back.

Andy did an incredible job kicking off this series.

I was encouraged, challenged, had a lot to think

about and had a lot of great conversations this week as a result of it. So I'd love for you to go back

and check it out if you didn't get to hear the message last week. Before we get started, though, I need to make a confession related to something he talked about last week.

Andy grew up, he said he had no brothers, no competitive really edge in his family they sort of avoid he sort of avoided

competition growing up not me I'm definitely the person that he called overly

competitive ask anybody who knows me.

I ask my family, ask my team, ask my kids.

I grew up in a family of five competitive extroverts,

and we were loud and fiercely competitive all the time.

I don't let my kids win, I don't let newbies win,

rookies win, weaker people win.
