We're never gonna have all four of us back in the same space for I mean it's just

every week one of us has got to be MIA I guess Oliver it's just so blessed to be

here in the room with you guys I'm sorry I had to go to New York.

Every week we start out the show by taking a question from a listener about our own pop culture tastes.

This week I'm going to go around the studio and have each of you tell me,

has there been a piece of media that you initially disliked that upon further exposure

you have really enjoyed or have even become one of your favorite songs, books, or films, etc?

So this is one of those things I probably should not admit, but the example that first comes to mind is always

low-end theory by a tribe called Quest, and I'm a huge tribe fan and anyone who knows my

repertoire in terms of what I've written about,

I've written about them extensively.

But when Lowman Theory first came out, I was really expecting and I was young and wanting

an album that sounded like people's instinctive travels.
