into it. We're going to talk about it. It's the first sort of reality poker thing that's come

along in a little while. Really well done. The production value is fantastic.

We're going to talk all about it with the usual cast of characters, Roscoe P. Coltrane,

Terrence Chan, and of course, the star, one of these stars of Game of Gold,

Daniel Lagranu in Las Vegas.

Evening, everybody, let's dive right into this thing.

We talked about it on the last podcast.

Excited about it. Episode one was delayed, but it's come out now and everybody's watching it, talking about it.

Let's get into a lot of it. Daniel, any opening thoughts on that actually, a gut of question.

So, you know, I'm assuming you were in on sort of the design, the discussion of how this show was going to go.

And maybe give, we'll take us back to the initial discussion about, you know, Big Brother meets Poker After Dark and what sort of was the vision at Gigi Poker for this production.

Okay. So I will say like, so I was, but I really wasn't, and I'll tell you why. I was one of the contestants as well, right? So as one of the contestants, I couldn't be in on what the game format's going to be, because I got to be in the dark too. So I was asked if I wanted to be a part of it. Once I agreed to being a part of it, we have a guy who works within the company named Spunky, who's very familiar with this sort of genre and TV. And, um, I just, I'll say this, Koreans really know reality TV. If any of you watched on that Netflix series, you know, um, physical 100, you probably recognize the intro of this show being similar to that, you know, and that's in,

in terms of how they do that. And part of what they do is, you know, there's like a hundred

cameras on at all times, like you said, sort of the big brother format. And we all walk in,

I'll tell you some of the stuff that you don't see is, uh, you're so secretive. Every single one of

us was in a separate car, okay? We go under this garage and we're under this garage and then our phones and everything are taken from us. We're miced up. You go in an elevator. We get to the top of the elevator and this lady's in the elevator. And she's like, as soon as the elevator opens, the show begins. And you're like, okay, right?

So you walk in, right? And then, of course, you know, you walk into that front stage and there's a bunch of cards there. And you pick a card and you walk in. And as we saw, you know, the first guy out was a reality TV veteran at this point. The guy's been on everything, Kevin Martin. and of course this guy, because he's like reality TV,
