And on today's show, we will be discussing the San Antonio Spurs taking down the Oklahoma

City Thunder by a score of 118 to 91 in game six in San Antonio to force a game seven. It is a game

seven of the Western Conference Finals. Not sure how much better it gets than that. It is our fifth

game seven of this postseason alone. And David, this was a huge moment for the Spurs for

Victor Webonyama. And now we see the Oklahoma City Thunder against the ropes on Saturday night.

Absolutely. It was a dominant performance. Webanyama in particular came out very aggressively in

the first quarter, was shooting the ball actively, looking

to get his points going early on, and Oklahoma City didn't have much of response for him.

They weren't able to keep him from his spots, and everybody else kind of seemed to feed off

of him from the Spurs side as well, and it was a pretty lopsided victory.

Yeah, and I think that this game sort of followed a similar blueprint as some of the other Spurs wins that we've seen, where they'll hold a lead. And the Thunder, obviously, is the reigning champs. Like, you're going to have to knock them out. They keep making these runs. And they keep making these runs. And it felt like they did that in the first half. And it felt like the Spurs had an answer each and

every time. And the one to me, David, that stood out the most was like right before half time,

the Thunder get a bucket to cut it to, I want to say it was five points. And then Wemby scores with like

30 seconds left to make it a seven point game. SGA airballs a floater with under five seconds left in the half. So the spurs go into the locker room up by seven instead of up by five. And that doesn't sound like a big deal, right? Like you used to hear that's a difference of two points in the first half. Like what does that matter? But I thought the fact that they were able to sort of stymie that OKC run before halftime and just keep them at a little bit more of an arm's length.

And then that third quarter where they come out at one point they go on a 20 to nothing run.

They held OKC scoreless for I think it was around five and a half minutes.
