Too many players at the end of the bench that are playing too many significant minutes, But at the same time, it feels like we're ramping up for something. We saw a lot of the projected start to get a bulk of the playing time. So you know what? I'm ready to roll. Let's get started. It's going to be a hell of an NBA season. Of course, we'll have it covered for all the action right here at Locked on NBA Game Game Night. We got a good show for you today, though, as we'll be discussing Reed Shepard, showcasing his talents against the Atlanta Hawks, making a strong case to be the Rocket's fifth starter, how the Orlando Magic looks different with Desmond Bain. Duke Zion making a resurgence with the New Orleans Pelicans. We got a lot to get to on today's show. First, I want to let you know that today's episode is brought to you by Fanduel. Right now, new customers can bet just $5. And if your bet wins, we'll get $300 in bonus bets to use all across the app. Head on over to fanduel.com to get started. And as always, thanks so much for making game night your first listen each and every day, free and available wherever you listen to your podcast, as well as on YouTube. Let's throw it out to, we'll go to the other side of the aisle here and hear from Locked on Hawks about this beatdown that the Rocket Skeleton crew gave to the Hawks like mostly a team. So let's hear from Brad Rowland over at Locked on Hawks. My name is Brad Rowland. I'm the host of the Lott on Hawks podcast. And the Hawks had a pretty ugly finale to their preseason work on Thursday. A 133 to 115 loss of the hands of the Houston Rockets. And it was the zombie version of the Rockets on Thursday at home. In the big picture, was this a disaster? No, it's a game that doesn't count, but it was sloppy for the Hawks. They had 21 turnovers in the game, 14 of them in the first half. And post-game, Quistider, was kind of openly about, like, that was not the way they wanna play offensively. So not the way you wanna end the exhibition slate for Atlanta. They do have several days now to get things going before they're open on Wednesday against Toronto at the same time. Not the best data point in the world. Also, no Jalen Johnson, but I'm sorry, Daniels in this game. No Mochae in this game. So a lot of questions to answer, but most teams have questions to answer at this point in time so not anything that's don't freak out about at this point but in the end a 133-150 loss to these zombie rockets and uh kind of an ugly end to things for the hawks
