Tonight was one of those dominant games, three point night, two goals, an assist, and the game-winning

Bird Selly in overtime. You know what? I'd love to see that Evgeny Kuznetsov looks like he's back

to being the most dominant offensive player on the capitals.

It's four points or seven points in the last four games, but tonight he wanted that win.

He went out there.

He was showing off.

He was dazzling.

And he had the finish and he had the killer in him.

So it was great to see him be able to dominate this game the way that he did.

on a night when the Islanders went in a shootout and gained two points. Pittsburgh gets a point,

and the Caps give up a late goal with just over two minutes left, ultra important for them to not only

get that second point, but now make it back-to-back wins for the

first time in a month. Yeah, they were staring at a kick in their groin lost tonight and we're able

to remove that kick from the groin and pull it out. But that would have been a rough, would that be a

four-point swing, two-point swing, whatever it would have been. That would have been bad.

That's what it would have been bad.

Instead, it was good.

It was very, very good.
