A couple of guys getting their first goals, including Travis Boyd, or that bag of chips, you won't stop chewing. My voodoo chips. You are chomping away on those chips. Dmitri Ashkin, first is a cap. Travis Boyd, first in the NHL. Pretty cool night. It was. It was a great team game, but I just love seeing those guys get off the Schneide.

It had to be so tough for really both of them to wait this long to get goals.

Boyd did everything at preseason, had a great preseason, then he gets hurt, sick, whatever it was.

And it hadn't scored a goal, didn't score a goal last year. I think this was his 20th NHL game.

And he finally gets on the board. So good for him. He didn't lose his mojo. When he was out, he came back, had a little bit of a bang. I think it was the first game. He had a couple assists, his first game back, and then tonight a goal and assist. So what, 13 games? He's got eight points now. he's doing well on Jaskin. Oh my God. What did this guy have to do to score? But he's stuck with his game.

He hasn't cheated.

He hasn doing well. And Jaskin, oh, my God, what did this guy have to do to score?

He hasn't beat himself up.

And it's great to see him finally get a goal.

As ugly as it was, he'll take anything to get rid of that goose egg.
