Homer for a second time in three Friday nights. For so much of the night, it was a frustrating night,

a maddening night offensively for the nationals, but they find a way to get the job done,

send everyone home happy, and another bomb from all Schwerby, a Schwerbaum, ends up giving

the nationals a needed win. This is one of those games, Al, where if they don't win it,

if he doesn't come through like that,

they are heading home. Everybody's heading home incredibly frustrated because they spent nine

innings desperately trying to score one run and could not do it. They found every possible way

not to score a run. They were hitting into double plays. They were running into outs. They had

bad at bats. They were getting great pitching and shutting down the Marlins. And then they give up a run
