I wonder how many of you in this room are actually really led by the spirit of God,

compared to how many are led around by people and rules and regulations.

Let me tell you something, being a Christian gets to be a lot of fun when you're led by the spirit. I'm Joyce Meyer and I believe that

God can heal you everywhere you hurt. Now we fast forward to Galatians chapter 5 verse 1 and Paul says for freedom

Christ has set us free so stand firm therefore and don't submit to a yoke of slavery which you have once put off.

You see they found out about freedom in Christ.

How many of you were just so happy when you first received Christ? You just, you remember those days it was just amazing until somebody started loading you down with rules?

You were just as happy as you could be until people started telling you what you had to do. You're praying five minutes every morning and you just, oh you just, you're connecting with

God and you're just so happy five, ten minutes in the

morning and then you sister super Christian at church invite you to

breakfast and happens to mention during breakfast that she prays three hours a day

and then she asks you how long you pray.

Right away you feel. Little, what you were happy with a few minutes ago and

thought was amazing. Now all of a sudden you feel guilty.

And so then you'll go home and try to do what she did

and it's going to do nothing but make you miserable

and that's what happens to people.

They receive Christ and everything's wonderful,

it's just amazing, and then you start learning all these rules and regulations that your

particular church teaches you, and if you don't do them then you can't enjoy your
