For at least two years now, I've been on a mission to try to get people to change their

thinking a little bit from reading the Bible to studying the Bible.

See, we hear all the time you need to read your Bible, you need to read your Bible.

And that's good. Reading the Bible is good. But most of us have a tendency to

try to read as fast as we can and conquer material somehow another the more we read the better we feel

about ourselves for that day but god doesn't care how much we read what he cares about is what

do we learn.

And the only way that we're really going to learn and retain is not by just rushing over something, reading it,

to say we've got our Bible time in for the day,

but it's to study.

Like in Romans 12, chapter 12,

there are 12 different lessons in that one chapter.
