Paul was like, even my buddy Barnabas, right?

You want to hell St. Barnabas, who's a great guy, right?

Even he sort of fell into this, right?

So this makes it sound like it was probably they were doing a separate thing just with the Jews, right? Like a separate, yeah, or at least a good party of the Jews were doing their own thing.

Verse 14, but when I saw that they were not straightforward about the truth of the gospel,

I said to Peter before them all, if you being a Jew live in the manner of Gentiles and not

as the Jews, why do you compel Gentiles to live as Jews? We who are Jews by nature and not

sinners of the Gentiles,

knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ,

even we have believed in Christ Jesus that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law.

For by the works of the law, no flesh shall be justified.

We'll pause there, even though St. Paul's still speaking.

Yeah, there's nothing. I know that was very straightforward. That's very straightforward.

So, but this is important because of first of all context. What is the context in which St.

Paul is saying this?

Right?

He's not talking about, right?
