1:03.7	I think I was looking for a change in my life and just like looking to assert myself in a new way,

1:17.6	looking for. And it just was like fortuitous timing. I love hearing that because I've had a lot of
1:22.3	people in the last, I would say two years, year and a half, a lot of personal growth. And FDS has been instrumental
1:29.8	in helping me sort of find a North Star and point my way towards it. And with the podcasting
1:36.7	host responsibilities, it feels like, you know, I really am going to be held accountable to
1:41.5	myself. Like, am I going to walk the walk that I'm always talking?

1:53.1	Actually, it is literally the only podcast I listen to.
