0:00.0	I was talking to a friend of mine who works at Salesforce.
0:03.0	But I don't know if I've told you this. This is really cool.
0:05.7	And I was like, you know, my whole code dreams and I'm like, you know, how do you do that?
0:10.0	And he was a pretty like, he was one of I think 30 GMs at Salesforce.
0:14.2	And so at that time, at least Salesforce was organized into five big divisions and then had like
0:19.2	six divisions that are each five. So there's 30 sort of like PNL owner GMs. He was one of them.
0:24.4	And I was like, how does Mark Benioff run that business?
0:27.3	I'm going to get it. How does somebody run a business of that scale? He goes, dude,
0:30.3	it's super simple. He goes, everybody submits a plan. And typically that plan has to grow
0:35.2	a minimum of 20% because that's just like Mark Benioff's thing. We go 20% every year.
0:40.2	And if you're hitting the plan, you meet with him once a quarter.
0:44.8	And if you're missing the plan, you meet with him once a week.
0:47.9	Wow. And I was like, does he love how simple that is?
