I was talking to a friend of mine who works at Salesforce.

But I don't know if I've told you this. This is really cool.

And I was like, you know, my whole code dreams and I'm like, you know, how do you do that?

And he was a pretty like, he was one of I think 30 GMs at Salesforce.

And so at that time, at least Salesforce was organized into five big divisions and then had like

six divisions that are each five. So there's 30 sort of like PNL owner GMs. He was one of them.

it's super simple. He goes, everybody submits a plan. And typically that plan has to grow
