There's so much stuff that's going on the news. We got to weigh in on it. I'm apparently part of the news.

We're going to talk about that and probably in the bonus episode. So fun for everybody. Yes,

let's do it. Let's get started. It is fun for everyone and the top story of the hour. The House Ethics Committee report about former representative Matt Gates has been published.

And the findings are, as you might expect, damning. They found that Gates committed a slew of transgressions.

Most importantly, statutory rape. The 37-page report

concluded the committee determined there is substantial evidence that Representative Gates violated

House rules and other standards of conduct, prohibiting prostitution, statutory rape,

illicit drug use, impermissible gifts, special favors or privileges, and obstruction of Congress.

So let's start with the worst of those findings.

The committee said it received testimony from numerous witnesses who said that at a 2017 party,

Gates had sex twice with victim A, who was 17 years old at the time and had just completed her junior year in high school.
