Today's episode is with Gabriella Hoffman. Gabriela Hoffman is a policy expert.

If you don't know her, you can check her out on social media. You can listen to her podcast, which we're going to

talk about on this episode. But she knows all about fishing and hunting policy. And I learned a lot

in this conversation. I really did. The purpose of anglers unite is that we want to, one, preserve

access and we want to be able to continue to do what we love to do,

hit fishing and hunting and being able to go to the places that we like. If we can all unite

as recreational anglers, we stand a much better chance of doing that. This series kind of explores

the different ways that we can unite challenges to doing so,

as well as low-hanging fruit, ways that we can unite and preserve that access. We have so

much going on here at the beginning of 2025 at the Tom Rowland podcast. One of the things that we

have determined is that we need to do a lot of work at the Tom Rollin podcast. One of the things that we have determined is that we need to do a

lot of work on the YouTube. This podcast started a long time ago kind of as an experiment. I took a few

of the episodes and I threw them on the Saltwater Experience YouTube channel. Over the time,

uh, the podcast just overtook Saltwater Experience channel. If you're watching the podcast on

Saltwater Experience channel, we are going to see that change. We then put together a different

YouTube channel called Tom Rollin podcast. We put a lot of the

episodes over there and things seem to be going well. We amassed 25,000 followers real quick,

but this is the problem with YouTube and not just, it's not just me that's understanding this now,

but many other people are going to actually have some guests on pretty soon to give us a much better kind of deeper dive into this.

But if you are a YouTuber or you have a YouTube channel, be careful with shorts.
