0:48.6 | improving your environment by making it darker and darker, maybe even wearing ear plugs or anything that can help |
0:56.8 | with the quality of sleep. I pretty much tried it. And I can tell you that as the quality of sleep |
1:05.2 | improves, the performance the next day improves. That's my experience anyway. So as I see little benefits, it's like, well, what if I could sleep a little bit better? |
