We hope you enjoy it. The sun is slowly coming up over the hill and it's really beautiful actually over here.

It's a small bay surrounded by thick forests.

Let yourself be transported to Kunta, just outside Goa in India.

You can see a lot of wild banana trees on the rock surfaces and a lot of banyans and wild grasses and a little patch of sand and then it's down into the cove which is full of rocks filled with oysters and

muscles and seaweed. It sounds like heaven somewhere I'd like to lie down

and relax but for Gabriella de Cruz, this is going to be the site of a lot of hard work.

It's this location that we're going to set up a tiny pilot seaweed farm and we're hoping

to run it for the next six months and then see how successful it is and then try and

encourage a few coastal communities to adopt this model if they feel like it's something

they would like to do.

Gabriella is this year's BBC Global Youth Champion, a category in the annual Food and Farming Awards.
