Hello, this is a special episode of newscast to mark the momentous fact that the England

football team, the Lionesses, have made it into the final of the women's World Cup football.

They'll be facing Spain on Sunday morning at 11am UK time, although much later in Australia.

And if you're going to do a bonus episode about something, that's a pretty good one.

Lots of newscasts have been getting in touch with us, telling us how they're going to

mark it or how they're going to adapt their Sunday morning routines, because it's

a slightly weird timing.

I'm Louise Tucker and I'm in Livingston, Scotland.

And on Sunday mornings, I'm usually known as Mother Tucker, because I play Roller Derby

with Newtown Roller Derby.

And we are desperately trying to think how we can incorporate the World Cup final into

our training this Sunday, because we know that we have skaters who do want to keep up

to date with the score and the event happening live.

So we've thought about putting a projector in the room and projecting it onto the wall.

But we're worried that it might distract people who are skating around at quite a speed.

The other thing that we could do is maybe theme our warm up and some of our drills to

the Lionesses and maybe what they do to warm up and things like that.

So if anyone has any suggestions about how to tailor Roller Derby training to a World

Cup final, we'd be very happy to hear them.
