It looks like Twitter's back. I don't know if it's back. It looks like Twitter's up. Okay. Let's dive in. The Georgia Election Board gets it right and I'm going to do a partial rewatch of some of the DNC stuff that

DMC stuff that happened earlier this evening with a little bit of

commentary I'll let you know how that's going to go

until we do this first story. Best story of the day for me is and maybe many of you is that

the Georgia Election Board yesterday morning voted 3 to 2 to approve a rule change that allows election, the election workers or whatever to investigate the counts before certifying

their county's results. I believe by investigate what they mean is hand count the ballots.

I listened to most of the meeting that they have, they have the emergency meeting to see if they're going to approve this rule or not yesterday morning.

I listened to most of it and got to hear mostly Democrat activists who showed up and repeated the same talking points about how dangerous this new rule is because it'll force an already overworked poll worker to have to hand count the ballots and that it could delay the

certification of the results and the ultimately the final results.

They all repeated the same talking points and obviously there's plenty of

poll workers who have no problem hand counting the ballots and support this rule.

But for some reason the public comment was flooded with these activists who despite their efforts

the rule passed anyway and that's a win that's a win I don't know all of the details of this rule or the other rules that were proposed, but I'm hoping to get Garland on.

This week or next, whenever he's available, I'm sure he's probably pretty busy right now with all this stuff going on around the election.

I think he was there also in the virtual room. He might have spoke too. I got there a little bit late,

so I might have missed him speaking.

All I know is that there was definitely organization around getting a bunch of Democrat

activists to this public comment session to try and prevent this rule from passing.
