And that's what you have to learn is if you can learn how to get attention by giving people value,

then you create an annuity of attention and anything that you want and find value in,

you can already have a built-in fan base and audience to monetize.

You mentioned you were hanging out with Tarka Musa this morning out in Newport Beach.

Yeah, what's Tarka up to these days, man?

Dude, filming like a crazy person. I think that's what a lot of people

don't realize is you know when you go to look and you see they do an episode

right? They don't realize that that episode is like 11 days of filming of like 12 hours a day for one 45 minute episode

you know and then it's not scripted at all right so when they're they're going through and doing it, you know, he'll do a scene and all of a sudden somebody

in the back and the crew will like trip over something and ruin the scene and have to go over and do the same thing

over and over again, but you know,

it's a lot of work man. I'll give that dude credit. He's one of my best boys and, you know,

he's one of those people that I met that actually legitimately knows real estate and

actually works his face off which is it's nice to see because I know we all see so many people on

Real estate TV shows and they don't really know real estate. It's for that, but you know I can say him and Heather actually like

world-class people yeah I can imagine I've only met Tark once I went up to his place

he was on episode two of this podcast we ripped it there in his living room got to meet Heather but I can

test that he was like literally right after the pod he's like he got a driver
