Summary

NHS GP Dr Ayan Panja joins Liz to share why the answer to tiredness, aches, or digestive issues often lies in your daily habits – and how changing when and how you eat can be more powerful than changing what you eat. Ayan also shares how his own mysterious symptoms at 40 led him to look at health differently, and the simple changes that help new habits stick without relying on willpower.
