I've got my buds Lawrence and Omar with me this week.

Got them amped! Yes. We are amped because we saw Hobbs and Shaw earlier this week.

Still feeling it. Yeah, it is a thrill ride for sure. Also the drugs, but mostly Hobbs and Shaw.

So Hobbs and Shaw is what summer blockbuster season is all about. It's nonstop, over the top, physics-defying

adrenaline-fueled action scenes. It is dumb and corny, but self-aware enough to be able to have fun

and not drown in its own self-serious grittiness. It has the barest threads of a plot that

weave together these massive action set pieces into one slick thrill ride.

It's kind of a throwback to the good time 90s action movies with plenty of comedy that don't take themselves seriously.

I had a blast with the mindless, dumb, but extremely entertaining movie.

I can't call it good, but it sure is a hell of a lot of fun. What did you guys think of Fast and Furious Presents Hobbs and Shaw?

I'm gonna go, I mean, I think it's good.
