football, hello everyone. Happy Monday feels so good to finally say it like that, Casey, because I'm no longer in London at 2 a.m. worried about waking up my neighbors.

Instead, I'm in beautiful LA where you should be

Casey because we've had some fun times here on the preseason tour about how you been?

I've been great I was yeah I was just up here in Seattle. I was at my house in Idaho for a little while so that was fun after that

that seemed like the the combination between the Cop America and then straight into the

preseason and then kind of nice to have a little bit of break before the season

started.

Breaks I don't even think I know what a break is.

Some of us just trooper on.

But anyways, we've got a pretty busy show

for everyone today.

Polisicic we'll dive into those later plus Hamiz Rodriguez back to

the league I never thought we would see the day and it's to a Madrid club. We'll definitely be talking about that too. But first and foremost, let's welcome in yet another goalkeeper. Shaka Hislap, who's joining joining us because we are going to run it back.
